Is WB excellent game? Yes yes yes it is !
Does it consit few terrible things? Yes of course...

  • The Collisions
    It's the nastiest feature. WB collisions are in the obsolete AOE style: if you touch an enemy plane by the last mm of your wing you will die in explosion immediately! That's totally wrong - nobody will argue that. Historically, the Soviet pilots used rams hard during 1941..42; many pilots survived such actions, some of them even managed to land own cripled plane after a double ram ! At least, WB pilots should have opportunity to bail out. I don't understand, WB has not bad damage model, why to not do collision model in the same style?
    I think WB team must learn Dynamix's Red Baron collisions - for example, one plane can loose a part of a wing, and another one can lose a wheel or a elevator.

  • Capture Kill
    It would be nice to be credited a kill if damaged enemy ditch to our territory. Historically it was so, and it's very easy to introduce in WB. Why not? (cured in FreeBeerds)

  • Ship Resurrection
    That's strange - the ships born again immediately after they died. And they ready to defend the port. It would be good to introduce a delay, like buildings have.

    We saw a lot of "improvenments" in some last versions. But these bugs below (so easy to correct!) walk through one version to another.

    Aircraft Bugs

  • FW190D Bug: In WB, the "Dora" has 7.69mm MGs instead of 13mm ones in rocket ordnance configuration.   (cured in FreeBeerds).
  • Ju88 Bug: Ju88 can fly without its rear fuselage. Cool!

    Aircraft Errors

  • Yak Errors: Historically, the Yakovlev fighters couldn't reach speed 800+ km/h without destruction! (corrected in FreeBeerds)
  • Bf109E Error: Historically, the Bf109E-4 had not WEP (E-7 version had new engine with WEP).
  • P39 Error: Historically, the Cobra had minimal 0.5cal ammolload 200rpg and maximal 0.5cal ammolload 270rpg; minimal 0.3cal ammolload 500rpg and maximal 0.3cal ammolload 1000rpg. (corrected in FreeBeerds)
  • Ju52 Error: Historically, the Ju52 had 18 seats, not 8. (corrected in FreeBeerds by adding the Commandos feature).
  • Gr.21 Error: The German rockets are too accurate in the game.

    This list shows production number of WW2 planes. I think all planes which built over 1000 should be in WB. Aircrafts existing in official WB are marked green, ones added in FreeBeerds are marked red
